Please find below a list of frequently asked questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question here, please contact us.
What happens once I have purchased the course?
Once you have made payment via our web shop – you will receive an email detailing how to access your course on the Sage Qualifications e-learning portal. (Please allow up to 12 hours for access, although this is often immediate, as we allocate the course once your payment has been processed).
How are your courses different from other ‘Sage’ courses on the internet?
All the courses in our shop are provided by Sage. You will only find these qualifications and courses on the Sage Qualifications e-learning portal.
Our courses are the only way in which to receive an official qualification from Sage UK and our awarding body partners. They all include Sage UK Certification.
Who are Sage Qualifications Ltd?
Sage Qualifications Ltd developed the partnership with Sage UK and the awarding body partners to create the only QCF/Sage UK accredited qualifications that are available. We operate Sage Qualifications in partnership with Sage UK.
Sage Qualifications were created to compliment the Sage end user training courses available on the Sage UK website. The qualifications are the next step for those wishing to gain a QCF Qualification using Sage and/or learn the underpinning accounting knowledge of how Sage software is processing information.
Do the courses come with tutor support included?
The courses are designed to take the learner comprehensively through the self-study materials and a tutor should not be required.
We are however aware that some people may want to have tutor support, and therefore, we have tutor support packages available in the web shop to purchase as an add on to the course if you find you would like that option during your course.
All of our tutors are UK based and have qualified at a professional level to either above or at the level of the course you wish to study.
Why can’t I see your courses on the Sage UK website?
Sage UK offer end user training to their customers who wish to quickly and efficiently learn how to use the software or those who are starting out. Sage Qualifications are designed to complement this end user training by offering next step courses for those who have a basic knowledge of Sage, and wish to formalise this with further in-depth understanding of how the software is working or turn their knowledge into a qualification. This project is operated separately due to the need for learner management and official awarding body certification.
Can I pay monthly for the course in instalments?
Many students who want to pay in instalments take advantage of assistance from their local Credit Union in order to pay for our courses. If you would like to know more about how your local Credit Union can assist you, please go to the Credit Union website and enter the required parameters: www.findyourcreditunion.co.uk
The Credit Union will assess your request and can then provide you with a loan to pay for the course. You will pay them back instalments, previously agreed, which are suitable for you.
